London Twilight

I moved to London in 2015 for a job working at a studio in Millbank, just down the road from the Palace of Westminster and the seat of UK government. Due to the nature of the job I was often making my way to or from work at hours of the day when the rest of the city had retreated home. In a striking opposite to other cities, such as New York, London still retains a quiet, reserved nature, the city itself in its ebb and flow of life is almost quintessentially British. In London Twilight, I wanted to capture the relaxed feeling London has. Despite having 12 million people living within its border, an empty street is a common occurrence and it is possible to catch one's breath watching the sun set over a city almost 2000 years old.
